Privacy Policy

1. General regulations

1.1. This Privacy Policy defines the rules of protection of confidential information concerning Users, including personal data, by the administrator of these data, i. e. the subject running the Store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.

1.2 For need of herein document the definition in Shop Regulations are used.

1.3 Running the Store, the Seller makes special efforts to protect the rights of Users, in particular with respect to privacy protection and protection of information provided to the Seller and concerning Users. These information (including personal data of Users) is properly secured, and the web forms used to transmit this information are protected by the SSL security protocol, so that the data transfer process is encrypted. In processing personal data of Users, the Seller pays special attention to the fact that such data is protected against their disclosure to unauthorized persons, taking away by an unauthorised person, processing in contravention of applicable laws and their modification, loss, damage or destruction.

2.1 When using the Store, the User may be asked to provide his/her personal data necessary for the Seller to provide services:
a. when registering with the Store (name and surname or business name, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address)
b. if you wish to use the Newsletter service (e-mail address),
c. when placing an order (name and surname or company name, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address).

2.2. Providing any personal data by the User is voluntary. The particulars listed in point 2.1. shall be provided for the purposes of point 2.4

2.3 Users can browse the Store and the offers of goods without prior registration and provide personal data.

2.4 Personal data of Users being natural persons (including natural persons conducting sole proprietorship business) shall be processed by the Seller as an administrator of personal data in order to provide services by the Seller through the Store, as well as for marketing purposes related to the operation of the Store, including services and goods presented in the Store.
With respect to the personal data of the Users registering in the Store with the use of access data coming from Allegro or purchasing goods or services with the use of access data coming from PayU, the Seller receives these data - respectively - from Allegro Group or PayU, with the consent of the Users and to the extent necessary for the implementation by the Seller of the purposes indicated above.
Processing of collected data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means. Providing your personal data is voluntary.

2.5. The User's personal data may be made available to entities authorized to receive it under applicable law, including competent judicial authorities. Personal data of Users may also be transferred or disclosed - to the necessary and required extent - to third parties, including entities performing activities related to the Agreement concluded with the Purchaser on the Seller's order among the others operators handling electronic payments under the Agreements or entities performing deliveries of ordered goods.
Personal data of Users (including their e-mail addresses) may also be disclosed by the Seller to DreamCommerce in connection with the operation of the Store by the Seller in this connection with the performance by DreamCommerce of activities for the benefit of the Seller resulting from the agreement between the Seller and DreamCommerce, which enables the Seller to use tools used for running the Shop.

2.6 The Seller shall ensure that Users whose personal data it processes exercise their rights under the Personal Data Protection Act, including the right to access and correct their own personal data and the right to control the processing of their personal data on the principles described in the above Act.

2.7 In fulfilment of the right to control the processing of the User's personal data, the User shall in particular have the right to submit a written, justified request to stop the processing of his/her data due to his/her special situation, and to object to the processing of its data when the Seller processes it when it is necessary for the fulfilment of legally justified purposes pursued by the Seller or if the Seller intends to process them for marketing purposes or for the purpose of transferring the User's personal data by the Seller to an administrator other than the Seller

2.8 Confidential information concerning Users, including personal data of Users, is protected by the Seller from being made available to unauthorized persons, as well as other cases of their disclosure or loss and before destruction or unauthorized modification of the indicated data and information through the application of appropriate technical and organizational securities.

3. Cookies

3.1 The Seller uses "cookies". Information collected by means of "cookies" allows to adjust the services and content to the individual needs and preferences of Users, as well as to prepare general statistics on Users' use of the Shop. Disabling the option of storing cookies in your browser does not prevent you from using the Store, however it may cause some difficulties.
